ULTIMATE DISC, popularly known as Frisbee, is a fast-paced, non-contact field sport played worldwide by people from all walks of life. The objective of the game is for teammates to pass/throw the disc to each other until the disc is caught inside the opponent's endzone. Playing the game involves throwing and catching a disc, running like hell, and having fun with your team. But more importantly, this sport requires a lot of heart and Spirit of the Game. If you're interested or curious about the sport, then give it a try! Everybody is welcome to join us every Thursday night at the San Lorenzo Park, Makati City, for an introductory course on Ultimate Disc. Just bring a light and dark shirt, a pair of running shoes (or cleats, if you have), and a purple buck for field rent contribution.
